Day 1- Moorehead, KY

Day 1...

Stop one is Huntington, WV.  Grab a bite of dinner at the Frost Top and our first college, Marshall University.  We caught up with Russell's Dad and Starbucks at the same time.  Believe it or not, it was a quick drive.  Hopefully tomorrow will go that quick!!!

Another Post road trip

Summer 2011. Russell had ACL surgery and couldn't work.  So we decided to do something crazy like drive out west.  Fast forward 3 years.

We leave tomorrow to drive across country. We will be on the road for 30 days. The highlights will be visiting old friends in Logan , UT. Camping and Hiking in Zion National Park, (This was our favorite national Park on the last trip but couldn't do much hiking due to recent ACL repair surgery). Then on to Vegas, LA, Then up the coast of California, a stop in BiG Sur, San Fran. From there were not sure if we continue up into Oregon, Wash, and Canada or head back East with stops at Glacier NP then on to a 4 day conference in Chicago at the Moody Bible institute.

We are looking at about 8000 miles for the month. Please keep the Post family in your prayers for safe travel. We will try to blog the highlights of the trip.
